"I ordered this back in July..... August shows up.. no product, September I realize I never got the order. I reach out. hopwtr tells me that it got damaged in transit. Why did no one reach out to tell me this before? They ask if I want them to resend or refund. I opt for them to resend. I do like the product. ONE MONTH GOES BY. from September to October, it still says "label created waiting for product" I email them again and just ask for a refund because obviously I'm never getting this product. They did refund me, but I might not order from them online again."
