Packing and Handling
All Purchased Products ordered by you shall be packed in accordance with our standard practices. We will not accept and cannot accommodate any special requests for custom containers, packing, crating, boxing or bundling.
Risk of Loss
You shall bear any and all risk of loss for any Purchased Products upon our delivery of the Products to the common carrier either at our shipping location or any other shipping location we designate. Any claims for loss, shortage, or damage to the Products which arises following our delivery to the common carrier should be submitted to the common carrier and is the sole responsibility of the common carrier.
Payments, Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
