"I ordered your hop wtr on the recommendation of a friend who sent me a link that by clicking on it was to send both her and me a free pack of hop wtr when I ordered two 12 packs. Two twelve packs came today but not the free one for them on their recommendation or me for ordering. I had to go through the process twice just to get the order to go through, and then it was incorrect. Not a good start. R McCauley"
